Merton Park Primary School

Merton School PrimaryMerton School Primary

Pupils do exceptionally well at this school, in terms of both their academic and personal development.

Leaders, including governors, are relentless in their ambition to make this school the best it can be.

The behaviour of pupils is outstanding. Pupils have excellent attitudes to learning. They work hard at all times and persevere with tasks that are frequently challenging.

The warm, mutually supportive relationships that staff and pupils have with each other make this a very caring, nurturing school.

Provision in the Early Years is outstanding. Children make rapid and sustained progress due to excellent teaching and imaginative activities.

The curriculum is excellent. It promotes a real love for learning in pupils, as they have many opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills within a real-life context.

Hello Year 2!
Welcome to our Home Learning Page! This is where you will find all of the tasks we would like you to complete over the coming weeks so make sure you are checking daily! (Monday to Friday).
You have taken home your Home Learning Books which include some useful passwords - you can also record lots of your work in there. Make use of your visual timetables too! You might like to mix your days up a bit and do things in different orders or stick to a daily routine - it's up to you!
Remember, we are sending you these activities to keep your brain busy but make sure you are keeping mindful and active too! And enjoy learning some new skills at home! We look forward to hearing what you have been up to when we return!
Just to get you started (and because we are practising how to use this too..!) try clicking here for some Cosmic Yoga fun!
Stay safe Year 2 and check in on Monday morning for your first set of tasks!
Love Mrs Osborne and Mrs Justice x
