As a Rights Respecting School, we want to ensure that children learn about their rights, and help them to relate these rights to themselves and to other children around the world. With this in mind UNICEF are providing a weekly set of remote learning activities centred on a specific article. This weeks is Article 12, Every child has the right to express their views, feelings and wishes in all matters affecting them, and to have their views considered and taken seriously. This PowerPoint tells you a bit more about the Right and also suggests some activities related to it. Please choose at least one activity (two would be great!) from those suggested. Do email me back what you have done. You could also email Miss Parsons who would also very much like to see what you have been up to! : kparsons@mertonpark.merton.sch.uk
